The New Vet

Well! Cat mama is well pleased!

They arrived at Topcats and during the 30 minutes or so they were there, they were in the presence of only women and women who love cats!




Contrary to the ideas of the previous vet, rigourous cleaning of Bongo's under arm wound was not recommended although dabbing with salt water is fine and generally cat mother came out of there well pleased.





There's a cat magazine she can subsribe to, you know? Like a fill glossy one and everything...on a par with Gardener's World or something like that?




Cat mother is a traveller so the opportunity to explore somewhere new is always going to get her excited so she was not phased by the journey which is basically a train to Brighton, a walk to Preston Circus and a 20 minute bus ride to the vets in Patcham on a bad day and on a good day a train to Preston Park and a 10 minute bus ride to the vet.
