I get to sneak a little update in here as cat mama is so mad!
She was out on a social...got back late...is walking along the high street with the purple trolley when she hears a jingling of bells, my bells to be precise running off into the darkness of a car park behind a certain clothes shop. I didn't realise and she stopped, purposefully in her tracks and caught the site of the best cat bottom in her world (her words).
She thinks, "what the hell is Bingo doing along the High Street on the other side of the road?"
She called my name and I wanted to go to her and eventually I did, whining and crying...As I approached the lights and the noise seemed loud and bright respectively and I just didn't think I cud do it.
I trusted her and I let her grab me for about 5 seconds but when we turned onto that high street, me in one arm, bucket bag on her left shoulder, dragging a full purple trolley...and the noise and the lights and then the people... I bolted back into the safety and darkness of the car park.
I was disoriented! I wasn't thinking straight...I just didn't know what to do. I wanted to follow...
In such situations cat mother imagines she is in an air plane and taking heed of the safety notices: sort urself out and then u're in a position to help others.
She rushed home, dumped the baggage, fed the cats, went to the bathroom, grabbed a cat basket and was back out on the high street b4 u cud day Jack Robinson...thrice...
I'd moved by then a few doors down nearer to home and behind a locked grill. She heard my bells and between u and me I was just pooh-ing my fur, figuratively speaking, and I think she got that.
Calmly, she put the box down and opened it on the other side of the locked grill door and spoke to me in her nicest "cat mama loves u" voice.
I knew I had to trust her again but it was hard! I slowly made my way to her "crying". I ain't ashamed to admit it. I wriggled on the floor and she didn't reach out for me and stress me out...she just waited until I came to her...all the way...and then she gently nabbed me, put me in the cat basket, and locked it shut before raising me and the basket in her arms and took me home gently speaking to the whole time.
I gotta go now. Cat mother is feelin' better and can sleep now. She'll sort the corrections out tomorrow and mayb put a photo or two in there?
Bongo and I r off out anyways
Peace...
